VIXY Live’s ISO 27001 certification is not limited to a single application or technical component. It covers the full scope of our operations and the processes required to produce professional live streams, webinars and online events securely and reliably.
This includes:

- Our IT services and technical infrastructure

- Our operational and internal processes
- Procedures for information security, access control, risk management and incident management

What does ISO 27001 mean?
ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard for Information Security Management Systems, or ISMS. It defines requirements for systematically identifying, managing and continuously evaluating information security risks.
Three fundamental principles are central to information security:
Confidentiality
Information is only accessible to people and systems authorised to access it.
Integrity
Information and systems remain accurate, reliable and protected against unauthorised modification.
Availability

ISO 27001 therefore extends beyond technical security controls. Policies, responsibilities, employees, suppliers, business processes and risk management all form part of an effective Information Security Management System.
