VIXY Live originated in 2023. However, VIXY’s roots go back much further. To 1999 to be exact, when the international media technology company NEP was at the forefront of a new media form: webinars. That media form took off in a big way. So big, in fact, that NEP decided in 2023 to bring the business market for webinars under a new label. By managing webcasts, establishing corporate studios, and recording corporate events, VIXY Live directs its focus towards the corporate market, ensuring that any message in need of amplification receives the attention it deserves.

‘Trip down memory lane’

In 1999, NEP founded the first webinar agency in the Netherlands. In the days when bandwidth was still calculated by the number of available telephone lines and video was the size of a postage stamp, NEP put ING’s annual figures on the World Wide Web. In the 25 years that followed, innovation and change were the common themes.

Although, not everything changes. Nevertheless, certain aspects remained unchanged because integrating smart strategies and authentic ideas into unique live productions, brought to life on screen, are perpetual.

‘Our deep-rooted beliefs’

Embedded in our core beliefs is the legacy of our roots, originating from the Dutch Broadcasting Company as NOB Interactive. Upholding quality as the standard and craftsmanship as the foundation, we embraced everything contributing to a better ‘picture’ in production. The pursuit of the best picture endured, along with our mantra ‘never go black,’ rejecting the possibility of technological failure. This commitment applies universally, whether to television broadcasts or the simplest webinars. Our conviction is that broadcast content must arrive and be understood without disruption or noise, on television screens in living rooms or computer screens in offices. Every image matters, and VIXY Live harnesses the power of visual language to help companies convey their messages clearly and effectively to their audience.
