Payment Terms

VIXY Live B.V. applies a standard payment term of 30 days from the invoice date.

For new clients, an advance payment of 50% of the quoted amount (excl. VAT) is required, which must be received prior to the production date. For assignments with a value exceeding € 10,000 (excl. VAT), VIXY Live B.V. reserves the right to require an advance payment of 30%, regardless of the client’s relationship status.

Failure to make timely payment of the advance payment entitles VIXY Live B.V. to postpone or cancel the assignment. Any deviation from these payment terms is only permitted on the basis of separately agreed written arrangements.

Processing of Personal Data

If we process personal data on behalf of the client, our data processing agreement applies. This agreement outlines the responsibilities and obligations in accordance with the GDPR. By entering into an agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Additional Terms

Quotations and Availability

The following are not included in our quotations: unspecified services, additional hours for the crew, extra materials or equipment, catering costs for the crew, and parking fees. Our quotations are subject to the availability of personnel and resources.

Annual indexation conform CPI-price-index

To ensure the quality of our services, we annually adjust our rates for both ongoing and new contracts in accordance with the CPI price index of the CBS (Statistics Netherlands).

When will functionality X be available in VIXY?

VIXY is a SaaS platform, and additional feature requests are always added to our wishlist. As much as we would like to, we cannot fulfill all requests. Features will only be implemented if there is sufficient demand from customers, if they are feasible, and if they align with the direction of our video & webinar platform.

In some cases, it is possible to facilitate specific functionalities (such as a standard export in the form of an Excel document) as custom development outside of VIXY. This can be discussed as part of a separate development project. For more information, please contact sales@vixyvideo.com.
